Replacement Conditions

- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be available.
- Replacement is applicable for:

- Wrong item received
- Wrong size received
- Printing defects or manufacturing issues
Replacement Not Applicable For
- Used or washed products
- Products damaged after customer use
- Custom or personalized products
- Replacement requests submitted after 7 days
Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location.
- Tracking information will be shared once the order is dispatched.
- Delivery may be delayed during festivals, holidays, or high order volumes.
