Replacement Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be available.
  • Replacement is applicable for:
    • Damaged product
    • Wrong item received
    • Wrong size received
    • Printing defects or manufacturing issues

Replacement Not Applicable For

  • Used or washed products
  • Products damaged after customer use
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Replacement requests submitted after 7 days

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location.
  • Tracking information will be shared once the order is dispatched.
  • Delivery may be delayed during festivals, holidays, or high order volumes.

Return & Refund Policy
